ALL ARTWORK IS FINAL SALE

I work hard to have clear and accurate photos, but color nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, I am happy to send more photos with close ups. Please be sure you love the painting before you purchase it. All original artwork sales are final, including custom commissions. This means I cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind. 

ISSUE WITH ARTWORK

If a painting is damaged during shipping, please feel free to email me at sedapoundstudio@gmail.com or fill out the contact form within 15 days of your purchase and I will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping Policy

US SHIPPING

All artwork is shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified out of Virginia Beach, VA within a week or less. You will receive tracking information upon shipment. Please know that I will make every possible effort to package your painting to keep it safe during its travels to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is limited right now, so contact me to review the shipping options. International customers are responsible for all customs charges/taxes and reshipment if the package is returned to my studio due to a customs issue.

Ownership Of The Artwork

I retain all rights to purchased artwork, including commissions. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create. If you would like to discuss purchasing the rights, please contact me. The collector may not reproduce the artwork without written permission. If you would like to share my artwork or photos on social media or a blog, please credit me.
